CENTER MANAGER
KUALA TERENGGANU / MUAR / JOHOR BAHRU KUCHING / KOTA KINABALU

Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive business in meeting desirable sales target and growth apart from imparting quality education for the centre.
- Ensuring consistent high quality academic and excellent customers service to student
- Responsible for the viability and profitability of the centre.
- Responsible for the continuous improvement and development of the centre as a focal point of excellence.

Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in (Marketing, Business Administration) or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience at Managerial level with a proven track record.
- Minimum 5 years working experience and preferably in Education.
- Possess strong leadership, creative problem solving qualities and able to cope in a fast changing environment
- Mature with results-oriented and enthusiasm towards work assignment
- Ability to manage academic business centre and to provide leadership to motivate the team.
- Must be computer literate.
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum age 32 years old and above.

1. Procurement Trainee

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Information Technology, Accounting/Finance, Engineering or Business/Management or equivalent with minimum CGPA 3.2 or Second Class Upper .

•Able to quickly absorb professional knowledge. Have proficient IT skills to perform job required.

•Advanced knowledge of business principles such as purchasing, business and contract law, finance and accounting.

•Able to provide clear, concise and informative written/oral communications in English.

•Good in Problem Solving, Contribution, Leadership and Negotiation Skills.

Interview Tips

Great interviews arise from careful groundwork. You can ace your next interview if you:

1. Enter into a state of relaxed concentration.

2. Act spontaneous, but be well prepared.

3. Set goals for the interview.

4. Know the question behind the question.

5. Follow up with an effective "thank you" letter.

6. Consider the interviewer's agenda.

7. Expect to answer the question, "Tell me about yourself." This is a pet question of prepared and even unprepared interviewers.

8. Watch those nonverbal clues. Experts estimate that words expressonly 30% to 35% of what people actually communicate; facial expressions and body movements and actions convey the rest.

9. Be smart about money questions. Don't fall into the trap of telling the interviewer your financial expectations.

10. Don't hang out your dirty laundry. Be careful not to bare your soul and tell tales that are inappropriate or beyond the scope of the interview.
